MOE describes DSA-Sec as a route for Primary 6 students based on interests, aptitude and potential beyond PSLE performance. Performing arts is among its talent areas. Each school has its own selection process.
MOE states that students admitted through DSA-Sec must honour the programme commitment and cannot submit choices during S1 Posting or transfer after PSLE results.
